I've only just started using the reusable flex disk and I am completely shocked by how amazing it is!!!!! I cannot wear pads without getting irritated and tampons are kinda scary because of the whole toxic shock syndrome. So after a little research I landed on the flex disk. It was very intimidating honestly, but going in was super easy, going out tho was another story. I was pretty scared about taking it out but after relaxing and kinda figuring out the motion needed to push it out, it was wayyyy easier. A lot of the concers people are worried about it being messy, yeah, it kinda is, but the messiness is way more controlled and convenient than wearing a pad. for example, while wearing a pad you have a mess all day and with this you only have to empty and clean out every 12 hours! 12 hours! That's just twice a day! I wore it during my heavy days and I had ZERO issues. I went to work out and run errands and do a whole bunch of mom stuff and I had zero issues. I'd never experienced a more pleasant period!! No leaks, but I did wear a panty liner just in case, oh, and white underwear just to test how it would hold up 😂 I'm in love and I'm so glad I braved up and tried it!
