    Outstanding!!

    I adore my flex disc! I was looking for a reusable period option like a cup or disc so that I could reduce waste (and cost) of pads and tampons. I had no prior knowledge about what to get, and after doing a lot of research I decided on the flex disc. The most appealing part to me is that it self-empties when you pee, and that it doesn’t use suction to stay in place like cups so there’s less chance of it not fitting. I couldn’t get it to self empty the first time I tried, but if you act like you’re trying to poop it will self empty just fine! It’s absolutely life changing. I haven’t had any leakage, the self emptying is great, it stays in place all day. Can’t recommend this enough!

    No more tampons ever

    I just tried my flex reusable disk for the first time and WOW. I really can’t feel it and it was super easy to insert. Plus the hands-free emptying is actually super straightforward. This is a game-changer.

    It’s a game changer 5/5 stars!

    This was my 1st time ever using a disc, I've only ever used tampons and pads before I tried the Flex Reusable Disc but I’ll never go back to disposables, I absolutely love the Flex Disc! It seemed much more daunting than it was and the insertion/removal made me nervous at first but I I actually got it inserted properly on the first go and I haven’t looked back! I use period panties as a backup with the disc just in case ,I highly recommend it and if you’re on the fence buy this disc! It’s an absolute game changer! Also it made me realize how much waste is involved with tampons pads etc with the reusable disc and period panties there’s absolutely no waste whatsoever! I’m so glad I got my Flex reusable disc it’s helping me,my body and the planet it’s a win-win!

    This is an incredible invention!

    My only regret is not buying this sooner! I was scared to try it, but I was blown away at how easy it was on the first try. I kept checking to see if anything was leaking throughout the day and no, no leaks, no issues. I am so happy and impressed by this simple yet effective tech. Major bravo!!

    Life Changing!!

    I am 50 and in the throes of perimenopause which has made my periods incredibly heavy and painful. So heavy I was unable to leave the house for more than 30 minutes at a time. I was going through 2 boxes of ultra tampons and a box a pads per month. Cups do not work for me, but this flex disk? Pure perfection. No leaks and I can wear it through the day without issue. I have worn it swimming, to yoga, and to a full work day with zero leakage. I started with the disposable and then upgraded to the reusable. Same comfort, can’t even feel it. IT WORKS! 10/10 recommend.

The lifespan of the Flex Reusable Disc varies depending on cleaning and care, but it can last for years. As a general rule of thumb, we recommend replacing your disc every two to three years, or as soon as it begins to show any signs of deterioration (such as powder or film, severe discoloration, persistent odor, etc). Refer to our Reusable Disc Cleaning Instructions to learn how to care for your silicone disc and extend its lifespan. 

As a reminder, do not use Flex Reusable Disc if you have a yeast or bacterial infection. Resume use only once the infection has completely cleared. If Flex Reusable Disc was inserted during a yeast or bacterial infection, remove it immediately and dispose of it in the trash.
