I don’t know why these are not talked about more often! I think if I was educated on them sooner I would been more open to try it out, but nonetheless what drew me to them now was the fact that I want to reduce waste. I cannot completely eliminate waste in my life but if there are certain aspects like this where I can make a difference then I will. After the initial learning curve, I LOVE MY REUSABLE DISC! Never going back to anything else and I will continue to spread the love to my fellow girlfriends so they can convert!

Been a flex user for about 2 years and I have stage 4 Endo. and struggle with heavy periods and bad cramps... and let me tell you this thing is great. I used to go through a ultra tampon in an hour before trying out the flex menstrual cup which was great and I deff recommend, but because of the suction it can be hard to remove depending on the stage of period. This disk is great it self empties and is really easy to insert and because it doesn't use suction it's really easy to remove.

I’ve had an iud for 7 years with 2 pregnancies beforehand, so no periods for 11 years. I recently had it removed and knew to expect a period with quite a heavy flow. I bought the disposables, the cups, and this, and this reusable disc is a very clear winner. It’s comfortable, easy to use, easy to clean, just all and all a great product. I didn’t have any leaks throughout. No worries of keeping a tampon in overnight or needing to grab more at the store if you’re out. I’ve been recommending this to any woman who will listen! Absolutely game changing!

I've had this disc for over a year now and its been a game changer. It was slow for me to start trusting it, but once I rode my horse with it in (and you can imagine how much motion there is while doing that) and had no leakage, I knew I could rely on it.

I also have never slept so well on my period before. I used to wear pads at night and it would keep me up/would be restless all night. With the disc, you dont even feel it!
